When it comes to success in sales, the name of the game is SELLING TO VITO, and the very first thing you will be selling use your own Equal Business Stature.

I am not talking about titles or salary or perks or country club memberships or ZIP Codes or stock portfolio values. I am talking about your right to interact with VITO one on one. I am talking about your attitudes, traits, and behaviors. I am talking about your willingness to fly like an eagle - just like VITO does - and run your world from the top most perch - just like VITO does.

You must maintain Equal Business Stature in all your interactions with VITO, whether they are verbal, written, virtual, or sent up via smoke signals from a distant mountain.

You have a right to initiate this relationship.

You have a right to support it.

You have a right to document the value you have delivered within.
