How do you move past or replace a habit? 

We all have good habits and bad habits.  Your good habits will inspire you.  So look at those first.  Then look at your bad habits. 

Time management   -   Working out  -  How we spend money - Self care  - Environment - Negotiation vs. Completion  - Behavior Habits - Compromise - Routine

Tony thought of the bad habits first.  Then asked is that normal.

Steve addresses how we talk to ourselves.  Truth vs. marginal, abundant vs. scarcity.

We tend to think our life is a mess.  But chances are you're doing a lot of great things. There is always this higher plateau you're reaching for. 

Re-evaluate what you are doing.  What do you change?  Habits, routines and rituals. 

When it comes to hitting my best ever income, what habits, routines and rituals lend themselves to achieving it and which ones do not.  Circle 1, 2 and 3, no more than that, that you want to improve upon.  Then you'll be able to see what habits, routines, and rituals are positive toward reaching your goal.

It's easy to get overwhelmed.  It's in the top 1 or 2 how people fail.  They get too detailed and elaborate that they get exhausted by the process. 

Tony talked about 3 boxes that he continues to walk past that need to be unboxed and sorted through.  Steve said focus on one box at a time.

Tony asked how do I find the more important 1,2,3?  Coach Steve says You Know.  it's the habit you most think about.  There's a list of motives to avoid and deny. 

Tony comments about health and fitness being a common denominator.  Without them, we can't do anything else. Everything else is going to suffer.  (This coming from two very active older men.) Tony surfs and runs.  Steve swims and bikes. 

Steve's last word is referencing goal setting and achievement archives that we've distributed via our newsletter. Be an amateur and willing to revisit what you think you already know to be true.
